It is the one on one personal meeting between our company's family owners and each of our clients that separate Pacific Dawn Management from other property management companies. Our clients are not passed on to property managers for information on their property no matter how straight forwards their questions.

We separate ourselves from other property management companies with our hands on personal service with programs designed specifically for each individual client's needs and goals.

Our hands on personal style of management allows us to work with our tenants individually in a mutually beneficial atmosphere on a daily basis which promotes, if and when necessary, an ability to resolve conflicts or problems in a creative positive manner.

Pacific Dawn understands and embraces the need to retain tenants in order to maximize value and retain positive cash flow for our clients. A positive stable cash flow is vital to most property owners as are reasonable operating expenses to tenants, two concepts which Pacific Dawn is keenly aware of. The day-to-day involvement of the company owners and professionalism of our senior staff ensures that these critical concepts are kept upper most in everyone's mind and actions.
